📜 Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before registering.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to join.

  • Accounts must be created with accurate and complete information.

  • We reserve the right to reject or terminate any application without notice if found misleading or fraudulent.

2. Commissions

  • Affiliates earn 50% commission on every successful sale made via their unique referral link.

  • Commissions are calculated on the net sale value (excluding taxes, refunds, or chargebacks).

  • Any fraudulent or self-referrals will not be counted.

3. Payouts

  • Minimum payout threshold: ₹500 INR.

  • Payments will be processed via [UPI/Bank Transfer/PayPal – choose your method].

  • Payouts are released within 7–15 business days after request and verification.

  • If a sale is refunded, the commission for that sale will be reversed.

4. Tracking & Cookies

  • Our system uses cookies to track referrals.

  • Standard cookie validity is 30 days.

  • Only the last-clicked affiliate link will get credit for the sale.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • No spamming, misleading claims, or false advertising.

  • Affiliates cannot use their own referral link to purchase products.

  • Affiliates must not run paid ads (Google, Facebook, etc.) using our brand name without written approval.

  • Any activity that harms our brand reputation will lead to immediate termination.

6. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for violation of these terms.

  • Outstanding commissions will be forfeited if the account is terminated due to fraud or abuse.

7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or financial losses related to the program.

  • Our liability is limited to the commission earned as per these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We may update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued participation in the program after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
