From College Friends to a Beautiful Marriage

We first met during our first semester of college. At first we were just classmates, but slowly we became good friends. We spent hours studying together, preparing for exams, celebrating college festivals and supporting each other through difficult times. During our final year I realized that she had become the most important person in my life.

After graduation I proposed to her. She accepted, but our journey was not easy. Our families were unsure, our careers had just started and we even faced a long-distance phase because of our jobs. There were moments when we thought we might lose each other, but instead of giving up we kept communicating honestly.

After almost five years of togetherness both families finally agreed. We got married surrounded by our loved ones. Looking back, I realize that patience, trust and honest communication were the biggest reasons our relationship survived every challenge.
